Model: Archer AX11000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.1

I am having a ton of jitter with this router and i can't find the beamforming settings in the advanced wifi menu.  When i search in the search bar for the setting it says that its in the advanced wifi menu area, but it certainly is not. I feel like i'm going crazy. please advise!

Beamforming is enabled by default on the latest firmware of the AX11000. There is no option to disable it on the web.

Is there a reason why you need to disable it?

well i'm trying to trouble shoot my issues right now. I read that the beamforming could cause these massive ping spikes below.  I wasn't having this with my 7 year old nighthawk router so i'm considering just returning it. any other advice you could offer would be helpful. i'm pretty discouraged.

How did you perform this ping test? What kind of software did you use? Is the computer connected to the AX11000 5G network? I must say that the high ping or latency are generally caused by interference in the network, you can try to modify the wireless settings on the AX11000 to exclude that first, such as wireless channel, channel width, then test again.

BTW, is there any Onemesh range extender in the network? Try to remove it from the network first if there is.

I used StarTrinity continuous speed test. I'm using a TP link wireless N PCI E adapter and it only accepts 2.4g frequency.  I tried changing the width to 20mz but that didn't help.  CHanging the channel to 4 seemed to clear up a lot of interference. see the picture.  Its stil not where i want it to be but it is better.  I don't have any mesh or extenders.  Do you have a wifi 6 adapter you could recommend?  would that help my situation?

We have TX3000E and TX50E Wi-Fi 6 PCIe adapters, you can refer to the SPECs on the websites for more details:
