I have a problem
my download speed is same as promised by company, but upload speed extremely slow

@SL_amg i tried wired, wireless on PC, Mac, all the same issue, upload speed not reachin 25 Kbps !! when it should be around 100 Mbps

Bypass the router and connect a PC direct to the modem and test your speed. That will determine if the slow down is in your router or somewhere else such as the cable, PC, modem, or ISP.

If you are not on the latest firmware, then you should contact support and see about a fix or replacement.
