Hi,

so i just bought Re450 extender to boost my internet signal and speed in my master bedroom which is a little far away from where the main wifi router is. So far I connected it to my devices and everything seems to bs connected and working great. Except my ps4.

When i try to connect it to my ps4 slim it show a message that it cannot connect and it is timed out. My main reason to buy the extender was to boost my gaming speed and now that is the only thing not working at all.

can anyone plzz help me out here. I am not even sure if I should keep it or just return it

@NamanMahajan1  Hello, 

You could set up a different SSID for range extender 's 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi, make it different from 5Ghz, and see if PS4 could connect to that it.

Make sure you are using router's wireless password to connect to RE wifi and other devicse could connect to RE's WiFi with no problem.

If still the same problem, may I know the Led status on RE450 and its firmware version (the build number)? Thanks
