Can I connect 2 powerline adapters on 2 different circuits. 2nd floor circuit is on 1 breaker. 1st floor circuit on another breaker.
If not possible, any other alternatives.
I tried pairing but not connecting.

Powerline device need to work under same power circuit (or under the same power meter), for different breakers , please check Q3 in the FAQ
