I have both M9 PLus and X60. Cant get over 300mb's from either.
I Have a 4500 sq ft home. My internet is 1 gig into the house. I have both M9 PLus and X60 units. Right now I have X60 as main, 3 M9 Plus and 1 additonal X60 as slaves. When I test the main X60 thru the app I get 700 mb's between the X60 and the provided router thru a 3ft gigabit ethernet cable. When i go thru Speedtest.net on any of the units I cant get more than 300 mb's even if the system isnt loaded. Also seems my initial ping takes longer than it should. Ive playted with the settings talked abiut in other threads with no difference. Should I change the main unit to a M9 plus ?

How are you running speedtest.net? Their app (for Windows) or in a browser? They recommend using their app when your connection is fast as yours should be.
I have 2 Deco M9 Plus behind an ATT modem-router. My Decos are in AP mode. On a laptop using the speedtest.net app, I am getting 416 Mbps down and 309 Mbps up right now (later afternoon) with a 5ms ping. The Deco app shows speeds of 526 and 792 (those are not going over any WiFi, just internet to main Deco unit).

@Don.M Thank you, first it was using both the Deco app and Speedtest. they were the same. But something you said hit me. I switched to ACCESS POINT MODE and the speed jumped on every unit. Main unit using Speedtest is now over 700mbs down on my laptop and Iphone. I'm no networking expert but that did it.

Hi,
Did you mean after switching Deco into access point mode, now the speed via all Deco units could reach 700m/s?
When it was on the wireless router mode, all of them can’t get over 300m/s even though the APP tested internet bandwidth was 700m/s?

@TP-Link You are correct, once I changed to AP mode on both X60 and M9 plus the speeds came doubled No other settings were changed.
My main unit is a X60, there is a 35 foot gigabit ethernet going to a M9 plus. There are 2 more M9 plus units on different levels of the house and 1 more X60. My service is MOCA thru a ARRIS modem at 1 Gig. I now can get between 400 and 700 MB's download depending on which unit and how far I am from the unit.
I was about to ditch this setup and buy another brand unit this. Its working much better now.

Hi, Thank you very much for the update.
If you are ok with access point mode, we can leave it as what it is now.
At the same time, I am also curious about why it happened.
If you are available, could you please provide a picture of the network topology when Deco is on the wireless router mode, such as how are these units connected to each other?
And when it is working under wireless router mode, have you set up any QoS rules on the Deco APP?

I have no Qos setup in router mode.
#1 X60 ethernet to provider modem thru gigabit cord-
#2 M9plus 35' gigabit cable ethernet to first X60-
#3 X60 30 ft away wireless-
#4 M9plus 30 ft away up one floor above open area wireless.
#5 M9plus one floor down wireless
In App:
#3 shows connect to #2
#4 shows connect to #2
#5 shows connect to #1
