Cannot found western digital cloud station

Cannot found western digital cloud station
My existing router is connecting a cloud station, printer, IP phone and cctv, I pulled out the cloud station port and connect it to deco E4 port1, then I connect the cloud station to deco E4 port2 but my pc that connect in same network cannot detect the cloud drive. Anyone can help out, thank you.
