I have an open case with tp-link support and today I received an email saying their tech support group is closed for a week for a National holiday. I understand every country has national holidays but to close for a week? Just seems like they should reconsider their customer support strategy.

Hi, the Hotline/Live-Chat/Email Support would not close for a week and it is still available for service. Only the R&D teams will have a 7-day off.

Based on the email record, your case might need further assistance from the senior engineers and the solution would be updated as soon as they come back from the holiday.
