So I purchased the Deco X60 from Costco last week installed it and was very happy with the results as the Optimum/Altice modem/router was providing enough coverage in our home. Wake up this morning to find that the Deco was offline and no longer connecting and now after several failed attempts are unabel to get it to reconnect.

 

Has anyone else experienced something similar and if so what was the solution. As of right now the main Deco unit is flashing yellow a few times and then going to solid red, just repeating itself while the other two units in the house are flashing blue.

Thank you for the feedback.

Please refer to the email address in the private message and help me get the following information:

1. a picture of the bottom label on the main Deco.

2. a copy of the receipt from the Costco.

 If possible, please refer to this link to run a firmware recovery on this Deco to see whether it helped:
