Archer AX21 will not recognize Brother HL-2395DW printer. Any suggestions?
Hello, how is the printer connected to the AX21, through Ethernet LAN or USB? If it is connected to the AX21 via Ethernet LAN cable, please make sure it is getting an IP address automatically from the router, and it should communicate with the computers in the same LAN.
If it is connected via USB port of the AX21, it will not be active as the AX21 USB port is only used for file sharing and media sharing, it cannot be used for printer sharing. Check the User Manual for more details:
