3rd M5 only gets 5 GHz

My 3rd Deco M5 only gets 5 GHz while signal source (2nd Deco) has both 2.4 and 5 GHz. I already reset the unit and gets both 2.4/5 GHz when near the main Deco.

Hi, Were you trying to say:
After the factory reset, the 3rd Deco is able to get 2.4/5ghz for signal source but it only happens when near the main Deco.
Once moving back to where it is supposed to be, the 2.4ghz disappeared again.
Would it behave the same when switching the location with the 2nd satellite unit?

I tried switching my 2nd and 3rd Deco, 2.4Ghz is missing as well when placed in that position. I will send the picture through email.

Did you mean a different Deco unit lost 2.4ghz signal source at the same location?
So how about the original unit? Did it regain the 2.4ghz signal source on the new location?
Would you please provide a rough picture of the floor map about Deco system and please help me mark out the location and distance of each Deco units?

yes, a different Deco unit lost 2.4ghz signal source at the same location. The original unit regained the 2.4ghz signal source on the new location. Distance between main deco and 2nd deco is 5meters which are on the same 1st floor while 3rd deco is on the 2nd floor, 6 meters away from the 2nd deco.

Hi, thank you very much for getting back to me.
After confirming with the senior engineers, it is very likely the 2.4ghz module of the 3rd unit is broken.
It is suggested to contact the local warranty office to get it replaced.
