Hi,

I have a Deco M9 plus as primary router and 3x Deco m5 to extend wi-fi. It's connected through ethernet backhaul. I can see all other devices who is Online except my daughters iPhone. Is this a new iPhone setting? We have other iPhones that I see and can use parental control on. All advice very much appreciated. BR Alex all softwares is updated to latest

Hi, if iPhone 13 pro max is not on the online list, can it still get internet service from Deco?

At the same time, could you please go to Deco APP>Overview>three lines on the top>help>contact us>suggestions and add the APP log to us?

By the way, May I know the version of your Deco APP?
