We live in Alaska and have a pretty low data cap.  I'm interested in limiting bandwidth to our TV so it does not suck down the data so fast.  QOS will not do this.  The TV will default go to the highest quality the wifi will supply (and we have 200mbs internet).  I know the older model routers have bandwidth control, but not sure if there are any still in production?

@chugachpowder

You are right that most of the wireless routers don't support setting a certain bandwidth for a specific device, they only support QoS.

While if you want to purchase one that supports Bandwidth Control, you can check if you can still purchase one of the below models, these models support Bandwidth Control as per their user manual:
Archer C50
Archer C2
Archer C20i
Archer A2
Archer A5
