Model: Archer AX50
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.11 Build 20210730 rel.54485(4555)

Hello. Im in need of advanced help as i lose alot of speed when i connect my provided cable in to router and then connect anything from router.  If i test speed from cable thats provider installed in to flat - i get up/down of 850ish Mbps. Wifi is max 200Mbps even tho i test if like 1m from router and cable speeds drop to 250Mbps....      So question is what settings if any prevents from getting trough all my provider speed? Is this unit broken and i should get it back?

As i understand(if not mistaken) i should have all 4 gigabit lan ports(so i should be getting same speed i receive from main internet cable.....same with wifi, this router should be giving out maximum possible speeds at 1m from router?!

Thank you in advance!

@botzilla

Hello, you may go through this FAQ to check and ensure the QoS settings on the router is configured correctly:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/3069/

If this doesn't help, we suggest resetting the router to factory defaults, reconfiguring it from scratch, and don't change any advanced settings on it when configuring, just set up the internet and create a password for the network, then test the speed again. If the speed is correct, change the settings one at a time to exclude and find out which setting affects the speed.
