Hi, is it just iPhone? And would there be any error message？
May I know the model number as well as the operating system of the iPhone?
Please also check whether you have got the correct IP address on the iPhone.
How about other mobile devices?

It is only one iPhone out of 3 in use and no error messages, just the spinning pinwheel. Also have an Android phone able to access (no issues) The problematic iPhone is an iPhone 7 plus.
