Model: Deco M4
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.5.2

I have four Deco M4 units.  1 is connected to my cable modem and to a TL-SG108.  Then three satellite units are connected to the TL-SG108.

When viewing in the app or on the web portal, the three units will intermittently show disconnected from other decos.

This does not make sense.  With everything hardwired I expected the connection to work nonstop.

With all three satellites showing this problem intermittently, should I assume the unmanaged switch is a problem?  Or could all three units have a problem caused by the firmware?

I would appreciate help!

@TP-Link

I have LEDs turned off.  However, I was able to identify that I had a bad Ethernet port on one of my decos.  I swapped it out with another Deco where I only needed to use one port instead of both.  It is now working as expected.

@CTFish

Hi, thanks for your patience.

When the APP and web portal reported 3* satellite units were offline, were you also seeing the LED lights on the Deco turn red?

If not, have you ever experienced any drop-out when they are offline on the APP?

Sometimes, I believe it is the false alarm on the Deco APP.
