I have installed my range extender and it works fine on my mobile phone. BUT when I connect to the extender using my laptop, it says there is no internet, despite having a good connection on my mobile.

Hello @dmiccichewr1

If certain device could not get internet from range extender:

Confirm other devices could get internet from Wi-Fi of range extender
If connect the device directly to router's Wi-Fi network, could it get internet from router?
Please check if the PC/ laptop get IP & gateway address, and try to change DNS to 8.8.8.8 on that certain device as Step5 here
