Model: Archer AX1500
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.5 Build 20220117 Rel. 52085(5553)

I am unable to connect to any Google service from any device connected to the router.  On my phone when I turn off WiFi and connect to the cell service it works fine.  On my laptop I can connect to any other website, but Google nor any other Google services will load.  When I try to ping google I get Request Timed Out, I get the same thing when I ping 8.8.8.8.

I get a good response when I ping yahoo or any other website.

Any help would be appreciated.

@bws1105

I'm wondering if you can connect to Google or Google service if you connect the laptop to the ISP modem directly bypassing the router? Please test this and confirm if the issue lies in the router or in the ISP.

If you can connect to Google service fine when connecting to the ISP modem directly, please try to manually change the Internet DNS server on the AX1500 to Google's 8.8.8.8, then reboot the router and confirm.

BTW, who is your ISP?
