When trying to run iheart on my android S10, it doesn't see the DEC W7200 wireless router. I have to turn off wireless on my android before 

iheart runs. I've tried rebooting phone, reload iheart and power cycling router with no change. I've run iheart successfully on wifi 5 router at friends home. 

 

Thoughts?

Hi, were you trying to say, when you run the Iheart on an Android phone, the smartphone is unable to see the wireless radio of Deco W7200?

If you turn off the Wi-Fi before running the APP, then turn on the Wi-Fi back on, you can see the Wi-Fi on the smartphone?

May I know the model number of your Android phone?
