I set up the Deco S4 mesh network last year and it works just fine. At that time, I downloaded the Deco app and was able to monitor the system no problem. Today, after many months of not using the app, it asked me to login, then wanted to walk me through the set-up again. Why doesn't it recognize that the network is already up and running?

Hi, have you checked whether you have logged into the correct TP-Link ID?

If possible, you could leave me a private message about the email you had used and the MAC address of your main Deco S4.
