Model: Deco X68
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.4

I was looking into the frequent drops in connection/ pings I've been getting since I setup my 3x X68 Deco network. If I use a Network analyser tool - for example on the 2.4 GHz range I see hidden networks using the same channels. The MACs are very similar so I guess they are the backhauls. Why are the channels the same? When I run the Deco Lab tool it tells me there is 'significant interference'.. but the only networks showing are the ones from my Deco! Surely the whole point is for this *not* to happen!?

  @oramax

Hi, I believe the same channels for backhaul would not cause the wireless disconnection.

May I know what are the devices that dropped the connection a lot and can I have their models?

Please try to turn off the "Mesh Technology" of these devices on the Deco APP.
