Model: Deco M5  
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.5.7

The two Deco have a 3 and 2 signal bar strength. The internet speed test through the app shows 680 Mbps. Is a 120 Mbps download speed for a wireless connection normal?

Is the 120m/s tested from the main Deco M5 or one of the satellite units?

And have you checked whether you are connected to the 2.4ghz or 5ghz?

680m/s via Deco APP is the total internet bandwidth the main Deco could get from the cable modem.

And normally the speed of satellite Deco will be lower than the main Deco and the actual speed might vary based on the distance and barriers between Deco units.

Why is my satellite Deco unit not getting the same speed as the main Deco?

How do I check if I am connected to the 2.4ghz or 5ghz?

Hi, You could check on the Deco APP:

af437d10a61d4090b1249e8948c5d04d

and it is also suggested to test the Ethernet connection speed from Deco and it could help us test whether the 120m/s wireless speed is appropriate or not.
