There is no internet. I've discounted router for at least 10 seconds and reconnected it several times and still no connection. How can I troubleshoot so our internet starts working again? Thank you.

Do you mean the router was working fine before and it stopped working suddenly? If that is the case, I would suggest connecting your computer directly to the ISP modem to determine if the internet is still working on the modem, if not, you need to call your ISP.
If the modem is still connecting to the internet fine, please try power it off, wait for 2-5 minutes, then power it back on and connect the modem LAN port back to the WAN port of the A7, wait for minutes until the internet LED on the A7 turns green, that means you should be able to connect to the internet.
