Hardware Version: V20
Firmware Version: 1.1.2

Cannot, have not had to connect my WD NAS before by assigning individual ports to the device, so after attempts find I need a little more help. I have a Deco X90 wired to TP-Link switch that my NAS is also connected to, using My Cloud 5 app and current cannot see it on the network

Hi, is the network layout like: ISP---main Deco X90---network switch---WD PR2100 NAS?

 

Would the WD NAS be the only device that failed to get internet from the switch?

Or actually, the internet on the NAS works, but the  Cloud 5 app on the smartphone is unable to find the NAS?

  @David-TP the WD NAS was the only device not connecting, an resolved by powering off via button and holding it for 6 seconds, which on reboot removed previous settings including network. This allowed anew login password an afterwards new setup. NAS working now as before 😀
