I used deco 3 days after suddenly pulsing yellow, I reset and waited for a long time but no one was able to do it.

Please refer to this link and check whether it could get into firmware recovery mode:

And may I know how long have you had the Deco?

If the firmware recovery is not working, could you please send a small video clip about the flashing yellow light to support.forum@tp-link.com?
