@TPLINK Why has there been no firmware updates for over a  year for the X60 ver 2? No product is that clean. There must be security patches and bugs that have been reported.

Hi, Nice to see you.

As for the reason why there is or isn't a firmware upgrade, it is not something up to Technical support and I am afraid I could not give a proper answer for that.

And as far as I know, the release of official firmware takes more time than we thought and we do have some beta versions that fixed the particular issues. So I wonder whether you have experienced any issues with the current firmware version. If yes, we would love to provide any assistance.
