My router keeps resetting on its own and won't stay connected.. help

Do you mean the router reset itself to factory defaults when it connects to the internet? All the settings on the router will be reset to the factory defaults?
What is the model of the modem that the A7 connects to? What if you disconnect the WAN port, power on the A7, then check if it just powers on successfully?
