Hello Deco Community,

I have a Deco X60 (V2) with the latest firmware. I am trying to connect a 2018 Licoln Mkx (SYNC 3) to the Deco so that I can update the infotament unit. I have a main wireless network which has the same SSID for the 2.4 and 5ghz bands. It is WPA3 protected. I also have a seperate guest netork with unique SSID that is only running at 2.4ghz. The SSID and password of the guest network does not have any special characters. The guest network is protectd by WPA2-PSK [AES].

The SYNC 3 system finds both SSID's, at full strength, with no issue. When I enter the password for either network, the SYNC 3 system spins for 2 minutes before telling me it is unable to connect. The SYNC system also has a WPS option, which I have tried using the Deco app and all deco modules (3 total). This does nt connect either. 

I have powered cycled my modem and all Decos and the vehicle. No change or connectivity.

Does anyone have any experience with SYNC 3 and Deco units? I am able to connect every other device without issue. Just the SYNC 3 system that will not connect. Thank you for any insight you can provide.
