Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 Build 20220530 Rel 38666

I have a Deco W7200 with the paid version of the HomeShield Pro and I can't find anywhere in the settings or Deco App a list of the wesbites my kids have visited... I can only see the 5 most visited and the 5 most blocked. There has to be an area where I can see the websites visited per profile... WHen I try to google this I see come place there is an "Insights
 tab that I dont have in the Deco app... Please help.

Hi, the insight is normally in the parental control profile settings.

And it also displayed the Top 5 visited/blocked sites for the last 30 days.

On my Andriod phone the Deco Home Shield app with Pro purchased doesn't show any Insight link to click on.. Please give me step by step instructions on where to find it on the andriod app. I have a Deco W7200 setup...

Hi, the "insight" has three parts: For HomeSheild Pro, it records the last 30 days, and for HomeSheild Basic, it only records Today.

Daily time spent online+Top 5 most visited+Top 5 most blocked

You still aren't answering my question... 

 

How do you see ALL activity on a user profile? I want to see a list of all wesbites visited. This isn't an uncommon request from parents... Sounds like I need to cancel my Homeshield Pro membership if this doesn't include basic parental monitoring services.

Hi, 

I did but might not say it directly. Insight under Parental control does not support displaying all the websites visited even under HomeShield Pro. So far, it will only record the Top 5 visited/blocked websites.
