Model: Archer AX90
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.8 Build 20220321 rel.13967(5553)

Hi,

Maybe a basic question but I am stumped....

Setup motorola MB8600 cable modem ethernet connected to the wan port on the AX90.... LAN is 192.168.0.1  255.255.255.0    Cable modem admin interface is 192.168.100.1

I cannot reach the admin page on the modem... I can TraceRoute and Ping 192.168.100.1 But no Http.... Is there a routing issue here or is the modem blocking the return HTTP, or ????  I really don't want to re-IP my network to the 192.168.1.1 space if I dont have too....

Any help or even sarcastic comments welcome...

Thanks!

@liddown

It should be accessible when the cable modem is directly connected to the AX90 WAN and your computer or phone is connected to the AX90 directly.

Have you tried with other client devices that connect to the AX90?

Thanks for the reply Kevin!

Yes, the modem is connected to the WAN port of the AX90, and yes I have tried to access it from both wired and wireless computers connected to the AX90... I can access other client devices (Computers via screen sharing, Synology NAS client admin, etc) that are also connected to the AX90 without any issues...

Hello @liddown

I'm wondering if it will help by changing the AX90's LAN IP address from 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.1.1, then saving and rebooting it. Please give it a go and confirm. Thank you.
