I have an Archer AX6000 and the WiFi works just fine.  But none of the ethernet connections work to my devices.  I have tried rebooting and resetting both the router and modem multiple times and no luck.

@Petro96244

I'm wondering what are the devices that connect to the AX6000 via Ethernet cables, are they connected to the AX6000 directly? If there is a network switch between them, please remove it and connect the client devices directly to the LAN ports of the AX6000 to check if there is the internet.

If still no luck, I would suggest trying with another cat 5e or cat 6 cables, then check if the devices can get a valid IP address from the AX6000. You can follow this guide to check the IP of the computer.

Is this AX6000 brand new? If all the devices cannot get valid IP addresses from it, I would suggest contacting our tech support to be advised further and confirm if this needs to be replaced:
