Deco S4 Main Router Blinking Red

Got this mesh system back in May of 2022 and out of nowhere the main unit that's hooked up to the modem starts flashing blue. The other two units are flashing red. In the app it says it can't find any decos. On my phone, the wifi says, "couldn't get IP address". What does all this mean?
Hi, Have you ever accidentally delete or remove the network or main Deco S4 from the Deco APP?
If the LED is flashing blue and you could also see the default SSID of main S4, such as Deco_xxxx, it might have been reset once and is in set-up mode now.
You could remove the previous network and start the set up again on the Deco APP.
If the network has never been deleted by yourself or the family members, please refer to this pictures to help me save the APP log:
