XE200 10g port and fios speed issue
I have fios gigabit I ran into a issue with the new XE200 series units. When I put my FiOS ONT directly to the 10g port I get uploads of no higher than 5mbps. When I move the ONT to one of the 1g ports I get 800mbps. I confirmed with FiOS support there are no problem over the line and swapping ports back and forth always creates the issue and resolves it. Totally reproducible. The cable from the ONT is cat6. I am using my decos in router mode. Any reason why I get this result? Bug in the new hardware? I can post speed test pics...

Good day, Thanks a lot for your feedback.
It has been reported to the senior engineers already and they are working on it now. At the same time, we would like to follow up on your case via email and the engineer will update the email as soon as they have any improvement.
Thank you again.
Best regards.

Hi, Sorry for the delay. It is mainly the first feedback about upload speed. As for the DHCP release time, you could have a talk with the engineers for a workaround maybe since so far Deco does not support changing the DHCP release time.
And please do remember to update the email with the engineers.
Thank you very much.
Best regards.
