I have the S4 model. One of them has the red light on but I can't reset it using the button at the bottom. I've tried unplugging it and trying again but it doesn't work. How do I reset it?

" can't reset it using the button at the bottom", Did you mean when holding the reset button, there is no change to LED status?
Please refer to the suggestions here to see whether S4 could get into firmware recovery mode： Power off Deco and use the pin to press and hold the reset button until powering Deco back.
If it is successful, you would be able to see the LED changes：
