I have recently sold my triple E4 mesh network pack and I can't seem to find information on the necessary steps to factory reset the item for the next owner. Can somebody please point me in the direction of the correct process?

Hi, there is a small black reset pinhole at the bottom and hold it just for 1s. The light turning pulsing yellow indicates a successful reset.
