M9 flashes blue after every power outage
I've had a working system for over a year. The other day I had to unplug the main Deco. It came back up flashing blue (with all satellites blinking red). I set it all up again and it worked fine - but now EVERY time I unplug it gain, it has lost all its settings and comes back up flashing blue in setup mode. I've done it now several times and it will loses all configuration anytime it is unplugged.

Hi, I think Deco M9 plus was auto-reset after the restarting, and the satellite Deco units lost their backhaul connection to the main Deco so they would turn falshing red.
I see you had the Deco for a while. Would there be any changes recently, like a firmware upgrade?
It is suggested to change a different Deco M9 plus as the main Deco to see whether the issue still existed.
Best regards.

I changed nothing on this node (no firmware updates). It used to be my main node, but now it is just a satellite. I have been living with this unit having problems for months now. As a sattelite node it connects to the network fine (green LED and appears as a node in the app), but no wifi devices ever connect to it. If I disconnect the power, it returns to flashing blue every single time and needs to be set up again.

Hi, Thank you for the further update.
I think it is very likely the hardware of this unit is broken.
May I know how long you have had this M9 Plus?
Could you please leave me a message about the MAC address and SN number of this Deco M9 Plus?--You could find it on the bottom label of the product.
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

@David-TP Hi, I've had it awhile but I don't recall how long. Probably 2 years.
The S/N is 2203349B01940 and the MAC is B0-95-75-B6-14-C8

Hi, since the warranty in the US is also 2 years, did you still keep the receipt since based on the SN number, the product is already out of warranty?
If you do keep the receipt, you might start registering the product here:
