Hi,

 

Recently i have bought BE85 and tested out the VPN client.

I am using OpenVpn with script  downloaded from Surfshark.

 

After getting openvpn client to be successfully connected i am not able to surf internet at all.

 

I have success if i tried using the same Openvpn script on my older router Asus RT-5300 with merlin firmware.

 

Current work around-

I discovered that i need to force set dns entries eg:8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 in BE85 Dhcp server  then enabled Vpn client only then i would have no issues surfing internet at all.

 

Please look into this issue.

It has been reported to the senior engineers already and the issue would be optimized along with a new firmware upgrade.
