I have some deco towers I bought in a 3-pack.

I also have Virgin Media at home, with their hub 3 in modem mode so the Deco units take over managing the network.

However, I may be changing provider who will give me an Amazon Eero unit.

I quite like the look of the Eero app.

can / should I change the deco units to be WiFi bridges only instead of managing the network?

Or keep it as is?

  @DukeCaboom

Hi, maybe you could try to compare the network specifications of these two models and leave the one with a higher wireless standard and necessary advanced features.

Normally as long as the whole pack of Deco or Eero could cover the whole house separately, there is no need to merge them together. (usually, they are unable to be wirelessly integrated with each other and you might need to run an Ethernet cable between them) Too much wireless signal sometimes would be overkill.

Thank you very much.

best regards.
