I'm at a new apartment and have my Wi-Fi setup via the provider. The Deco's lights are currently green and can connect to the Wi-Fi and have had Internet for several days.

 

But I can't login to my router directly to configure settings. On tplinkdeco.net/webpages/index.html, the same password and username I use to login to the Deco app and the forum website doesn't work for the router login page. I only have 5Ghz Internet available no option for 2.5Ghz.

 

Any ideas??

Hi, can you see a web UI login page when accessing http://tplindeco.net ?

Deco mainly uses Deco APP to configure the network settings and can you properly change and edit settings on the Deco APP?

  @David-TP not with that one, no. I can find the login page by http://192.168.68.1/webpages/index.html

 

I can't change the edit settings on the Deco app. While I am logged in on the app, it can't find the Deco router. I'm currently connected to the router, and it's green (ie already setup).
