I cannot connect my Xbox, please help.
Hi, Can I have the model number of your WiFi 6E Deco?
Since WiFi 6E is backward compatible with 802.11ac(Wi-Fi 5) and 802.11 ax(Wi-Fi 6), there shouldn't be any problem connecting Xbox to Deco XE Models.
Would there be any error message on the Xbox?
And have you tried a 5Ghz network-only guest network with no password to see whether Xbox could be connected?
