The LED off time function doesn't work and the LEDs stay on all the time
Hi, welcome to the community.
Did you turn off the LED lights all the time, or during a specific time period?
Were you able to stably reproduce this issue on Deco BE85? And did the same issue occur to all 3* Deco BE85?
If possible, please refer to this link to change a different Deco as the main Deco to see whether it helped:
