Greetings, 

My tplink use to work fine, one time my daughter switch it off, when i shwitched it back on. I can't connect to the internet. 

I restore the extender and re do the set up. But nothing changed. 

Can you please guide me what i should do to fix it ?

please note that i never updated the softwear of the extender.
