Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 3.1.7.0

I just recently got 5000/5000 up and down internet. pretty fast

 

I downloaded the driver 3.1.7.0 and the speeds are still very slow. 

 

I tried out of the box and the 10g didnt show on ethernet properties page, so i came across a thread, and updated my driver. it shows 10/10 gbps

 

but see the below.

 

 

 

using windows 10 home

x670 aorus elite ax

ryzen 9 7900x

64g ram

So you have a 5Gbps service.  and a 10 Gbps network card.  What router do you have?  What type of ethernet ports does it have.  Also what type of Etherent cable are you using.

That is likely the issue right there.  If only 1 port is 10Gbps then it is most likely a WAN or LAN port.  Depending on what the other ports are you may have yourself a bottleneck.  For example if you use the 10 G port for the computer but your WAN connection to the modem is 1G then your internet speeds would be a max of 1Gbps.

i have 1900 down and 800 ish up. only 1 is connected and that goes to this computer
