I have 4 m5s in my house and one in my barn 160 feet from my house. I have the 4 in my house working fine. I ran a cat6 cable from the one in my basement to the one in my barn. The signal strength is not strong enough to not use a cable. It worked fine until I switched my my internet provider and moved the internet router to a different location. Now my barn m5 goes back and forth between green and flashing red. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi, Thank you very much for your time and patience.

Is the Barn Deco connected to the basement Deco directly via an Ethernet cable, not via any network switch?

Please check the cable is firmly connected and replace the cable with a new one if possible.

 

And Did the Barn Deco turn flashing red very frequently? or How often would it turn flashing red?

Do you need to restart the Barn Deco to get it back to solid green? Or Will it turn to green automatically a few seconds later?

When it is solid red, could you please check on the Deco APP whether it is working on the Ethernet Backhaul?

 

By the way, Does the new internet service use any MOCA adapters?
