I'm trying to connect my local wifi with the Extender using my mobile. But while doing it, TP-link_extender wifi is getting disconnected often. Which means is there a problem with the Product.

Hi, Since TL-WA850re is 2.4GHz only, it would be better if the host router had separate SSIDs for the 2.4GHz and 5GHz.

Then you could fix the 2.4GHz of the host router on channel 11.

By the way, may I know how long you have had the TL-WA850RE?
