I have the Deco X60 with three pods. I main pod works okay. I have Ethernet running to the other two pods. One in my bedroom downstairs and one upstairs. I sit next to either one of those two and run a speed test. I barely get 10 Mbps. Could I possibly set them up incorrectly

Could you please check on the Deco APP whether the satellite X60 units are working on the Ethernet Backhaul or 2.4/5Ghz WiFi?

By the way, Did the satellite X60s connect to the main Deco X60 via a network switch? If yes, can I have its model number?
