Does MAC filter apply to guest and IoT networks?

When I first got my router and set up the network, I added a MAC address filter (allow list).
I recently added a guest network and an IoT network. However I cannot connect my new robovac to the IoT network.
Is the MAC filter being applied to the guest and IoT networks as well as the main network?
