Hardware Version: V6
Firmware Version: 1.27

Client Can' Connect After forcing it on 6ghz band only in the app. App won't let me change it back. The app chould let you change it back!!

 

How can I fix this?

Hi, May I know the model number of your 6GHz client?

Would there be any error message when Deco APP didn't allow to set the connection preference back to auto? Can I have a screenshot of this error message?

  @NPJ1267S I deleted the entire setup and am returning these as they don't have enough features for my use case. I purchased Ubiquiti U6 AP that do everything I need. Also TP-Link support did not understand my questions and did not attempt to get help answering them.
