It is a deco mesh AC1200 model M4R. All clients are only connected to the main. The satellite decos are connected to the main and working properly. But all the satellites have 0 connected clients. How do I get clients to connect to the closest satellite deco

Hi, welcome to the community.

When I checked your TP-link email ID, I noticed the main Deco is M4 and the satellite Deco units are Deco M3W.

The latest firmware of Deco M3W does not support displaying the connected clients even though some devices are connected to the Deco M3W.
