Model: Deco XE75

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 1.2.3

I'm setting up VPN on the Deco XE75. So far, I'm unable to connect via the iOS OpenVPN app. It keeps failing to connect. I can ping the myVPN.tplinkdns.com (which is my DDNS) but unable to connect. Any other places I should be looking?

Hi, did you set Deco XE75 as the OpenVPN server?

Have you tried on another mobile client to see whether it could connect to the Deco VPN server?
