Over the weekend the network I had set up - that had worked without a hitch for months - simply disappeared. The Decos were back at the setup mode - blinking blue light. How is this possible? What could have happened? Is it possible that someone deleted it, either accidentally or deliberately?

Hi, Currently, there are two ways to reset the Deco network:

1. "Delete the current network" on the Deco APP when Deco X55 is online.

---It will reset the whole Mesh system. All Deco X55 will turn blinking blue.

 

2. Hold the bottom reset pinhole for 1s.

---It will only reset the specific Deco unit.

You could check whether these might happen in the last few days.

By the way, is it the first time you have had the issue?
